GUESTHOUSE (sleeps max 5 people). The large dining-room has a big fireplace and a large window which looks out on to the Tuscan hills (with San Gimignano in the distance); there is a little kitchen with simple but modern facilities, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms with two beds each (one single bed and one double bed), and a large sofa in the passageway to the bedrooms.

Upon your arrival, a young man who takes care of the property and who lives in the village of Castellina in Chianti will accompany you and will show you the house, the little pinewood and the large area for sun-bathing which are at your disposal.
